Services

Four engagements. Clear edges.

Every engagement has a defined scope, a defined output and a defined end. Nothing open-ended unless you asked for it.

Engagements

01

Brand identity

The full system — not a logo and a wish. We name it, design it, write the voice, and hand over guidelines specific enough that your next hire can apply them without calling us.

  • Positioning and messaging
  • Naming (where needed)
  • Visual identity system
  • Voice and tone guide
  • Usage guidelines

02

Website design and build

Design through deployment. Built on infrastructure you own, with content you can edit. No proprietary builder you have to keep paying us to touch.

  • Information architecture
  • Design system and page design
  • Build and deployment
  • Content structure and handover guide

03

Launch marketing

For consumer brands

Campaign strategy plus the assets to actually run it. Scoped to a real budget rather than a hypothetical one.

  • Campaign strategy
  • Channel plan
  • Creative assets
  • Performance review

04

Retained studio

For companies

A monthly block of studio time for teams who need design and marketing capacity without hiring for it. Work is queued and reviewed fortnightly.

  • Agreed monthly hours
  • Fortnightly review cycle
  • Priority turnaround

Engagement models

How engagements run

Fixed scope where scope can be fixed. Retainer where it genuinely can't.

Project

Defined scope, defined fee, defined delivery date. Most identity and website work runs this way.

Retainer

Monthly capacity for ongoing needs. Three-month minimum so there is time to do something rather than just onboard.

Sprint

A short, intensive engagement for one narrow problem — a positioning reset, a landing page, a campaign concept.

Before you ask

What does a project cost?

It depends on scope, and anyone quoting before hearing the scope is guessing. Tell us what you need and you'll get a real number within a few days.

Who owns the work?

You do. Domain, hosting account, repository and design files are registered in your name from day one. If we stop working together, nothing needs to be extracted from us.

Do you work with early-stage companies?

Yes. Small scope, honestly priced, is better for both of us than a large engagement neither side can sustain.

How fast can you start?

Usually two to four weeks out. If it is urgent, say so — sometimes it can be moved.

Not sure which one fits?

Describe the problem rather than the deliverable. We will tell you which engagement makes sense, or that none of them do.
